Rough & Uncommonly Refined

Rough & Uncommonly Refined

Elevating the warehouse creative office.

The project centered on the creative studio. How can the designers have a direct, interactive relationship with each other and the work they are creating? How can we add enough pin up space for multiple projects teams adjacent to their desks?

We designed a storage spine to bisect the space between the creative and marketing teams. A place to stash as the random creations and inspirations the team collects and gathers. The project wall was also full of storage, this time for all the socks that get made. And dividers to shield the sight lines of the design process as the warehouse has frequent visitors.

An executive mezzanine hovers of the two conference rooms, one open and one enclosed. All of the walls created were intended for either product or art. Shortly after our photography, murals, a basketball court and a display of storage containers arrived.

A kitchenette to serve the private chef. A spot of grass under the stair to eat lunch. Repurposed barn wood to walk on, removes you from a dull warehouse into an experience of materiality. Mobile entry furniture. A study in compact desks and storage that appear standard, then feel custom through the detailing.
