INTERN : design
Professional internships are integral to the lasting impact we hope to make in our profession of architecture. Whether you are in the midst of your professional degree or recently graduated, we'd love to have you join our design studio for a 4-6 month internship.
Here’s how we organize the experience:
To kick off the experience, we focus our teaching and mentoring through two very specific areas of architecture, one month for each: the modeling documentation that is technical in nature and then on architectural visualizations that embody communication techniques for our clients.
The following 2-4 months are spent working with our team on projects that build on the two focus areas we’ve been working with you on. Side by side with our designers, architects and principals. The beauty of a boutique studio.
A few bonus thoughts and details:
+We’re in the studio together here in Santa Ana, CA.
+You bring proficient knowledge using Revit, Twinmotion, Photoshop and Apple products. While you’ll learn how ITZEN uses the software… we prefer to mentor you in architecture, not technology.
+Proficiency in both written and spoken communication. (In English, other languages are a bonus.)
+We also make things along the way.
